Water Tube Hot Water Boiler with a Forced Draft Low NOX Burner


TWO STAGE DESIGN:

The TSM hot water boiler produces 230 degree f. Hot water that is circulated in a closed pressurized loop through the heating water side of a plate & frame heat exchanger.
The heat exchanger transfers the heat from the heating water to the product as it flows through the plates on the product side of the heat exchanger.

 

This system is ideal for heating sanitary liquids. All of the components in contact with the sanitary liquid will be constructed of type 304 or type 316 stainless steel.

 

Because the heating water is contained in a closed pressurized loop, chemical treatment of the boiler water is not required, thus saving hundreds of dollars in Chemical costs when compared to a central steam or hot water boiler system.

 

In addition, this system is completely assembled including all necessary system piping & wiring. The only field installation requirements are the product liquid connections & the necessary utility connections which include the fuel supply, water supply, air supply & electrical power. This saves hundreds of dollars in installation costs when compared to a central steam or Hot water boiler system.

 

HEAT OUTPUT SIZED TO FIT YOUR APPLICATION:

Available With Heat Outputs From 320,000 Btu Per Hour To 5,760,000 Btu Per Hour.

 

HIGH TEMPERATURE CAPABILITY:

This system heats water or other liquids up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit.

 

CLEAN EFFICIENT FIRING:

Available with natural gas or propane fired burners that meet exhaust emission limits of 12 or 30 parts per million of nitrogen oxides.

 

ACCURATE TEMPERATURE CONTROL:

The control system includes an electronic temperature controller, an electronic/pneumatic transducer and a three way proportional temperature control valve with a pneumatic actuator. These components working together insure accurate control of the product temperature.
